RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your Charlie by Matthew Zink purchase. Charlie by Matthew Zink accepts returns/exchanges made within 30 days from the date of receipt.

When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit at no additional cost.
All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.
Refunds are issued for full-priced merchandise returned in original, unworn, unused, unwashed condition. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges of any merchandise that do not meet the above requirements.
Exchanges are offered on sale and full-priced items.
Clearance Items are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.
Please Note: Promotional discounts are valid on exchange items for 14 days from the time the customer receives the merchandise. If an item is returned for exchange past the 14-day mark, the new item will be calculated at its full price. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers (as part of a qualifying purchase), and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund or credit.
All thong underwear, thong swimwear and thong harnesses are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
All underwear and sale items (with the exception of the above) are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
We cannot accept returns or refund on fragrance products that have been opened, sprayed and/or used.
Charlie by Matthew Zink is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipment.

We implemented Order Protection shipping protection to provide added insurance to your package. To file a claim with Order Protection, visit this link or the "File a Claim" button on your order confirmation page. After filing a claim, the Order Protection team will aim to reach out within 2 hours to begin resolving the issue, but many customers receive a response and resolution in an even more timely manner. Order Protection will ensure that you either receive a replacement or a refund for approved claims.
